ESCAPE FROM ALKATRAZ — “Allie”
2021 Bay Mare | 16 Hands
The Only Escape × IE Elite (by Iron Enterprise)
New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Allie is a young broodmare with a stunning first foal and a pedigree rooted in the show pen. She is by World and Congress Champion The Only Escape and out of IE Elite, who had an extensive show record of her own. Allie’s first foal, a filly by Good Better Best, is a beautiful example of what she can produce. She was an excellent mother.
Allie is exceptionally gentle and easy to handle on the ground. She ties, loads, and stands well for the vet and farrier. She also has more than 120 days of professional training, has been hauled to shows, and has shown in hand.
She has not been ridden in two years, so she is being offered primarily as a broodmare. Before that break, she was nearly finished at the walk and trot, while her canter still needed work. She goes nicely for her trainer, but can be quirky under saddle and would need an experienced rider and a proper tune-up if brought back into work.
For someone looking for a young mare with an appealing pedigree, a successful first foal, and excellent manners on the ground, Allie deserves a look.
