Accomplished in hunter under saddle and driving, Bohdie also offers versatility in showmanship, equitation, and horsemanship. He placed 12th overall in 12–14 Youth Hunter Under Saddle at the 2025 Congress and has extensive hauling and showing experience in open, youth, and amateur competition.
Sweet, honest, and talented, Bohdie has been easy to prepare and show in his current program, requiring light prep. His owner is switching to exclusively western events, making him available to his next partner.
Bohdie loads, bathes, and clips. His ears take a little patience, but his trainer clips them without a twitch. He currently wears front shoes only.
Maintenance & history: Bohdie receives annual hock maintenance. Four years ago, he underwent surgical fusion with hardware in his left hind ankle. His connections report no subsequent issues or maintenance required for that joint, and he has continued showing since surgery. Buyers are welcome to arrange a prepurchase examination and X-rays.
His trainer would love to keep him in the barn. Special consideration is available if he remains in her program or sells before the end of Congress.
