CATZ A LIL METALLIC (“CJ”) is a 2022 AQHA gelding by CTR Metallic Rey (METALLIC CAT x CTR PEPPY JOS REY) out of a Smart Lil Ricochet mare. Standing at ~14.2hh, CJ is the perfect size to be your next cow horse. He’s athletic and catty on the flag, and has already won the ranch boxing and ranch roping a few times at local open shows against aged horses. Not only will he work a cow, he can travel pretty enough to take the win in the ranch riding arena. His transitions are flawless and will travel over logs with ease, making him tough competition in the pattern classes. He’s also been exposed to working gates, dragging logs, jumping small obstacles, and has been hauled extensively since being in a professional program. NOTHING BOTHERS HIM. CJ has been shown by an amateur the last few months and is as quiet and honest as they come. He has the style and bloodlines you want if you’re wanting to end up in the winner’s circle.
